Quickbooks Online payroll is not working correctly.  A Quickbooks employee messed up my payroll periods and I can't reach them to get it fixed & I can't report tax payments or print form because I keep getting error message "Form ID is missing".

I can share a few steps to remove the Form ID is missing error, @raokindness.

 

Before reporting tax payments or print forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO), the system requires you to complete your company information. Ensure to add your form ID or Employer Identification Number (EIN).

 

Your company EIN can be found by following the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and settings.
  3. Click the Company tab.
  4. Under Company name, you can see the EIN.
  5. Review the number and click Save.
