This month my sales tax report is incorrect but the invoices show the correct amount. I'm wondering why this happened. Please see screen shots in attachment example is invoice #1277. 6% state sales tax rate x the taxable amount of 5760 is showing wrong on the sales tax report but correct on the invoice. Thanks in advance for any help.

First, let's review the Accounting method used in your report. It could be the cause of why there's a discrepancy. If the state wants you to report sales tax based on a cash basis, then the report also needs to be on a cash basis.
