If it works, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.

I was able to access an incognito window (Chrome) and also access our quickbooks account. I ran into the same issue with not being able to edit our sales tax settings. I went back to our regular browser and cleared the cache history. I have reopened our quickbooks account and the same issue existed. I'm in the "sales tax center" of quickbooks and unable to edit the sales tax settings.

You'll want to be sure you close your browser after clearing the cache so the changes will take effect. If you don't close and reopen, it's like the cache was never cleared.

Maybe this is my problem too. Maybe QB has a bug in their system. I'm new here. Trying to send my 1st invoice. I don't charge sales tax because I'm a service business. I can't send the invoice. it says I need to turn off sales tax. NONE of that is there. I just get a popup window asking me to fill in frequency information. No way for me to turn off sales tax. No sales tax settings. Nothing.
If you just had an update, maybe one of your developers blew it.
I posted my own question on my problem in another thread. I'm just sharing here because maybe they are related and it might help you figure it out. Or maybe they're not related at all.
