Unemployment Tax

This is for Payroll Tax. I have contacted Quickbooks 5 times and nothing. It is for last quarters Illinois unemployment tax. It appears our IDES is only calculating the wages from 3/12/2024 to 4/3/2024, however, the date is set to start calculating 1/1/2023. We are paid weekly is why it went to 4/3/2024. Instead of calculating wages from 1/1/2024-3/31/2024 or 4/3/2024. Four of us exceeded the $13,590.00, however, the system is showing none of us exceeded. I was informed to go to payroll tax and wage summary. I tried to explain it was incorrect and I was told it is correct and I must of setup something incorrectly. I only had a chat with 1 girl that knew it was incorrect but had to be sent to support. Support was no help and cancelled our correction. I pray this is my last step and this is fixed.

Unemployment Tax

Hi.

This is not the type of service we want you to experience.

I'd like to check this for you and get it taken care of myself. However, the Community can provide answers and troubleshooting solutions to certain questions, there are things that only our phone support can do to resolve the problem.

I know you've already called in, however, I'd still suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Support to have this check. All payroll correction-related concerns need to be directed to our phone support for security purposes.

Additionally, for your payroll reference, check out this article: Help on common payroll topics. It contains more information about the different types of compensation as well as a sample breakdown of a paycheck.
