Texas UI Tax Rate not allowed - Can't change it properly.
QBO is not letting me change my tax rate for 2024 to the proper UI rate. My rate for UI this year is .15%. When I try to make the appropriate change, I get an error message saying that
"Your rate should be between 0.25 and 6.25%"
in red and does not let me save it.
Clearly my rate was out of this range for last year, as noted by the screen shot. How do I get this changed?

RESOVED - I contacted QBO through the help menu, CONTACT US button and resolved it on chat. They said it was a sync error and got the rate corrected on the server end. Now shows correct rate.
