Hello, Darin. You can manually file Form 1095B directly to the IRS or look for an available app to submit this electronically. We can also run two reports in QuickBooks to get the details needed.
If you're referring to your personal 1095-B form, which provides information about your health coverage, I recommend contacting your employers.
If you're an employer, please know that QuickBooks Online currently does not support e-filing for Form 1095-B. However, we can run some reports to gather the information you need.

We're unable to access the 1095 tax forms through Workforce for filing. However, you can submit your forms directly to the IRS. I'll provide more insights below.
If you're an employer, please know that 1095 forms aren't supported with QuickBooks Online (QBO). If you are referring to your personal 1095-B forms, you can contact your employer for assistance.
We can pull up the Employee Details report for the Social Security numbers of your employees and the Payroll Summary report to get the total service hours for each employee.
Here's how:
For manual filing, go to the IRS website to download the forms from there, and then send them to the appropriate address or service as specified in the guidelines.
If you want to e-file them, I suggest looking for an out-of-range app that meets your needs.
Additionally, you can also print, email, and export your reports to get a copy outside the program.

@TyrikaLewis20 Unless it's a 1095-A, it doesn't matter; the only one that really needs to go on your income tax return is the one from the government health insurance marketplace.
