QuickBooks integrates with multiple third-party apps. At this time, you can look a supported one that'll help you achieve your goal through the app center or from the Apps tab.
To look for an application using the app store:
- Open this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home.
- Set the US as a country/region.
- Search for an application from the search field.
From the Apps tab:
- Open your QuickBooks Online account, then go to the Apps tab at the left pane.
- Look for an application from the Find Apps column.

Aside from emailing invoices, you can also print them by following the instructions from this article: Print Invoices.
