After much trouble getting a new user set up to be able to upload and forward email receipts, but not have access to much else, I learned it won't work unless the user is set up as a Standard User and you check "Limited" access to BOTH "Customers" and "Vendors".
How much access do you want this user to have?
Customers X Vendors X
This is more access than I would prefer my assistant to have, but it's currently the only way to get the Receipts functionality I need.
I'm really hoping to see an update that will allow a new user to be added that will ONLY give them the ability to scan, upload and forward emailed receipts that won't count towards the billable users, much like the Time Track only users.
