Hi there, @metromuttscorp.

I can see the urgency of being able to remove the duplicate or multiple transactions to correct your records. Allow me to step in for a moment and guide you with the steps on how to delete those unwanted transactions from QuickBooks Online.

To get started, make sure to open QuickBooks as a master or company admin. Then, locate the transactions that are causing the issue and remove them from your account.

Here's how:

  1. Click on Chart of Accounts from the Accounting at the left pane.
  2. Look for your bank account from the list, then tap on the View register link under Action.
  3. Filter the transactions ( Reconcile StatusTransaction TypePayee, and Date).
  4. Look for the multiple records transactions, then select Delete to take them out from your register.
  5. Hit Yes to confirm the process and ensure they are taken out successfully.
  6. Replicate the steps for the other entries.

Once completed, you're now ready to reconcile your account. You can open the topics from this link as your guide: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.

Just in case you're getting issues with your reconciliation, you can as well check out the instructions under the Fix issues during a reconciliation in QuickBooks Online article reference in fixing the errors.

Let me know how it goes on your end. I'm determined to get this fixed for you. Thanks for reaching out, I'll be standing by for your response.
