The steps provided by the previous agent are only applicable for QuickBooks Online. I can share with you some steps on how to do this in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
We can run the Profit and Loss report and add some filters to show multiple classes by multiple years.
Here's how:
- Select the Reports menu.
- Choose Report Center.
- Double-click the Profit and Loss report.
- On the report window, click Customize.
- From the customize window, choose the tab you’d like to update.
For more insight, please see this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac. You can also memorize it to save the changes you made. Once you’re done, simply select Memorize.
