Buy nowI am trying to figure out whether or not I need two hosting solutions for Quickbooks. This configuration was set up before I joined the company via a consultant. Currently we are using Right Networks in order to access Quickbooks. I've found it to be rather cumbersome to be honest.
In looking at our Quickbooks monthly invoice, I see a charge for Silver Edition (Enterprise) with Hosting as well as another line item for Enterprise Solutions Hosting. Am I paying for hosting multiple times?
To be clear about our business, we have about 4 users (one main user, the others are not in the system much other than to grab reports) and are a Professional Services company. We do need hosting services and we have to use a desktop version for compliance purposes. Other than this however, I am not sure why we'd be using Right Networks if we can just download QB to our desktops and we are paying to have our data hosted via Intuit.
Very much appreciate any insight!
