I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue. I've checked here on our end and there's no reported case for banking error 103 for Home Depot Commercial Card bank. This error message occurs when credentials entered into QuickBooks Online (QBO) donβt match your financial institution. The following are the possible reasons why you receive this banking error:
For first-time connections, make sure you can log into your bank outside of QuickBooks by going to your bankβs website. Then ensure your credentials are entered manually(instead of allowing your computer to auto-fill it). If youβre able to log into your bankβs website, try to connect again through QuickBooks and manually enter your credentials. If the error persists, try connecting using the steps below:
