After submitting an account recovery form, Intuit will process the request within one business day. Our current hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday.
Once your request has been processed, you'll receive an email from no_response@intuit.com with the next steps. If your request was approved, you'll receive a link to reset the account's password.
In the event you're unable to recover your account with our account recovery form, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up the account in a secure environment and go over your options with you.
