Buy nowObviously you didn’t read my post; I’ve contacted customer support via phone, was told I was on some expedited fix list and that a software engineer would contact me within days. As a matter of fact, I was told on August 1 that they were meeting and were thought to have a fix as I spoke with the agent on the phone. Then, a raise in subscription prices during all of this, which I was told was for product improvement!!! HA! How about we fix what was messed up with the “upgrade” and then worry about product improvements and raising subscription prices. To be fair, I was given a discount, but all of the extra work that I’ve had to do because of the software issues has definitely outweighed that.
Every time a person posts an issue with this it’s the same song and dance; do this, try this, contact this person, get on a list, etc, etc, etc - and that’s already been done multiple times. Unacceptable!
