There is a transaction in my QuickBooks that I cannot delete. It is not in my bank account. I have been trying to delete it and there is a passcode that I don't know blocking me from deleting it so I can properly reconcile my account.

I don't know how to fix this. My calls have been dropped due to poor connection and QuickBooks doesnt have an easily accessible email or self-help.
