I've got your back, @HollSocc.

Let me help you sign in to your bank account again in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Apps.

The old way of signing in to your bank through the app is yet to depart from the system, which means this should let you sign in.

To fix this, let's start by logging in to your bank's website. Then, look for updates about new credentials needed to sign in to a third-party app or any maintenance notice.

If there are none, we'll perform basic troubleshooting steps on your mobile device and the app. First, restart your phone to refresh the device system. After that, ensure the mobile app is updated.

Once done, refresh your data in the app. Make sure you're device is connected to the internet. For iOS users, follow the steps below:

  1. Hover your cursor to Settings, then select General.
  2. Click iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  3.  Choose Offload App. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

If your phone has an Android operating system. Here's how:

  1. From the Menu ☰, tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Go to Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Click YES to confirm.

Check out this article for more info: See your latest data in the QuickBooks Online app.

On the other hand, you can log in through the web and manually upload your bank transactions to your QuickBooks account.

You might want to learn which QBO App features are supported on mobile devices. Feel free to read this article: Compare mobile app features.

Let me know if you have additional queries about banking connection to your mobile app. I'll be willing to lend a hand. Have a good one.
