Another way of accessing your tag reports is by going to the settings.
- Go to the Gear icon and choose All lists.
- Click Tags.
- Navigate to the tag and click Run report under the ACTION column.
Upon checking here, I've found that INV-97020 is marked as closed. However, since you are still experiencing the problem, I recommend contacting our support team again for a follow-up. Please share and explain the issue you're experiencing so that they can provide you with a resolution.
Here's how you can reach a live representative:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
- Click on the Help button at the top of the page.
- Choose the Search tab, then click Contact us.
- Type in your concern and click Continue.
- Under Callback, click Have us call you button. This will route you to enter your details.
- After that, select Get a call.
- You will now be added to the queue and wait for us to call you.
Additionally, you can also print, email, and export your reports.
