I had called support on Monday to cancel my subscription before it charges as I wasn't using QuickBooks Payroll. Furthermore, I noticed that the subscription had been running for over 4 months when I thought I had cancelled it 4+ months ago.
QUICKBOOKS TELLS YOU ONE THING THAN DOES ANOTHER, WHICH IN MY CASE WAS TO INCORRECTLY OVERBILL ME.
THEY DO SHADY THINGS IN THE NAME OF MAKING PROFITS.
