Buy nowI am also having this problem establishing a new connection with Chase Bank. We are able to connect to the savings account, just not the checking account. When we establish the connection, it shows two accounts able to connect, but the next step, "making the connection" only shows the savings account. Also, on the screen where QB asks which account to connect to, there are check marks, both are checked and I cannot uncheck either one, or any of the check boxes for that matter.
We have tried incognito, different browsers, clearing cookies, restarting, etc. We do get a message from Chase that the connection is established, just not all of the connections we need!
Tech support confirms this issue.
