I hear your sentiments and how challenging it can be when some of the transactions are pulling in, while others are left out, @nch1870.

 

You can count on me to share insights about this matter.  

 

As mentioned by my colleagues above, there was an investigation about importing QBO files downloaded. This issue has been resolved already. 

 

Since you're having the same issue, please log into bank and re-download the files. These new files should be formatted correctly and can now be uploaded to QBO.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend getting in touch with our support. They have the necessary tools and expertise to examine your account thoroughly and can initiate a ticket to conduct a more in-depth investigation into the issue.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Choose Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
  • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

 

Once you download or import your transactions in QBO, we can proceed with reviewing and categorizing the bank transactions to ensure the precise organization of your charts of accounts.
