Buy nowI was using Melio, which has been discontinued within Quickbooks Online. I received emails telling me to switch to Quickbooks Billpay. When I did so, I received the message "We reviewed your info and Quickbooks Bill Pay isn't available for your business. This may change in the future."
Any idea on why that might be?
I called in, and the first person told me I had to wait 3-5 days because "the engineers were reviewing companies." This didn't make sense to me and it didn't sound like the rep knew what they were talking about, so I tried chat. Chat sent me to bill.com, then sent me to a number that disconnected me. So I tried a call back again. This rep first told me it was because I was still connected to Melio and I had to disconnect completely from Melio's side. I pushed back on that, she went and researched more, then came back and told me that I shouldn't disconnect Melio after all, and that they couldn't tell me why it isn't available, that it just isn't. I spent a good two hours with Quickbooks on this.
