Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Paige. I'll help you perform some troubleshooting options to resolve your issue regarding missing bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before doing so, we'd appreciate it if you could provide us with the bank's name. This way, we can search and inform you of any ongoing investigations relating to your issue.

In the meantime, I suggest manually updating all your bank and credit card accounts. To do that:

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
  2. Select the tile for the bank or credit card account.
  3. Click Update.

It's also possible that the issue may be on your financial institution's end. Let's confirm it by signing in to your bank's website and checking for any messages, notifications, or alerts.

Additional troubleshooting methods are detailed in this article:  What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online. It also outlines the steps to take if you encounter a specific bank error.

Furthermore, it's a good practice to reconcile your accounts monthly to ensure they align with your bank statements.

Keep me updated on your online banking queries by leaving a reply below. I'll ensure to respond promptly to your concerns. Be safe, and have a good one.
