Green Dot? Intuit and Quickbooks I suggest you hold your partners to higher standards. Green Dot's customer service line is as bad as the client said above.
I called Quickbooks Payments and have now been kicked around 3-4 times.
Again, this is the biggest issue with Quickbooks Customer Service. Why do they not have a ticket system? If I was one of their customer support people, I would do the same, the second it gets hard, hang up and then there is no accountability to fix anything.
The reason I am calling them is that this is the first time in my career that I have seen an ending balance be a different number than the beginning balance in the next statement. Therefore, I can not reconcile. We can't fix a bank statement error. I have had 7 people look at this at customer service and they are perplexed, and just give up.
We need a ticket system, so we do not have to babysit every time we need support.
