Hello there, jackjackson1977.

The reason why your transaction sits on undeposited instead of deposited is that the transaction might be recorded as a Received payment and was deposited onto Undeposited funds. To fix this, we have to create a new Deposit in QBO.

Here's how:

  1. On the upper left corner, click + New.
  2.  Under Other, select Bank deposit.
  3. From the Account bar dropdown (β–Ό), select the correct credit card account.
  4. Hit the checkbox (β–’) for each transaction included in this deposit under Add funds to this deposit.
  5. Make sure the total of the entered transactions matches your deposits. Use your deposit slip as a reference (if there's any).
  6. Select Save and close.

You can also refer to this article for more bank deposit-related assistance: record and make bank deposits in QuickBooks Online.

In addition, I also added an article to help you in case you need to enter and manage bills and bill payments in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to get back to this thread for any bank transactions and QuickBooks-related concerns. We're always here to assist you. Take care!
