How much is it? Something like $20 monthly? You may be signed up for Intuit's merchant service, which allows you to process credit cards. Sometime back they tried to move me to a plan that cost a monthly amount and I called to move it back to the plan where the the percentage fees might be a little higher but there is no monthly fee. More recently, I cancelled the whole thing since I use another merchant service.
