Hello there, David. I'll point you in the right direction to get the recurring transaction page sorted out inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Before anything else, it isn't the experience we want you to have when managing recurring transactions. Since you already tried troubleshooting some basic troubleshooting methods, I recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care Team. This way, they can connect with you or access the account in a secure environment to conduct further investigation to determine the root cause of the problem. I'll outline the steps to get you going:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top-right corner, select Help (?).
  3. Select either Assistant or Search. Depending on what you choose you can click Talk to a human, connect by starting a chat or Get a callback.
