We can use the Account QuickReport to view uncleared transactions. I'd be glad to show you how.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) offers a QuickReport feature that allows you to view the items that haven't cleared your account. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Choose the account you want to run.
  3. Click the View register drop-down arrow.
  4. Tap Run report.
  5. Select Filter at the top.
  6. In the Filter by drop-down arrow, choose Cleared.
  7. From the Options drop-down menu, select equals.
  8. Under the Value drop-down list, pick Uncleared.

Alternatively, you can open the account and go to the Bank register to locate uncleared transactions. I'll guide you on how to do it.

  1. Go to the Transactions menu and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Choose the account you want to run.
  3. Click the View register.
  4. In the Filter funnel drop-down arrow, choose No Status on Reconcile Status.

Finally, I recommend reconciling your account. Doing so ensures your bank statement matches your QuickBooks balance and your record remains accurate.

Let me know if you need further assistance with your uncleared transactions in QuickBooks. I'm always here to help.
