If you've made a mistake creating a deposit in QuickBooks Online and need to fix it, you have a few options. While some transactions can be voided, deposits cannot be directly voided in QuickBooks Online at the moment. However, you can delete the incorrect deposit and then recreate it with the correct information.
Here's how:
- Go to Sales.
- Select All sales.
- Look for your deposit that you want to void.
- In the Action column, click the dropdown, then select Delete.
