Spent over 2 hours on phone with QBO w no resolution; spoke to 2 technicians and a manager who were all asking me essentially the same questions. What a waste of time! Have also called Merrill 3 times today who state that they have no issues on their end. Very frustrating. If I were to run my small business like this, I would have NO customers. For 2 companies with a lot of resources, they sure aren't doing much to keep customers satisfied. Their engineers need to talk. I should not be the middleman. In my SB, we contact insurance companies on behalf of customers to figure out what they owe/ get prior approvals/ etc. We don't tell customers to figure it out. No reason QBO cannot chat w Merrill to figure out what's wrong. Maybe it's time to switch accounting software. Anyone work w Xero?
