I can share a couple of fixes, including using the Verify and Rebuild Data diagnostic tool, to help you get past the banking error you're experiencing, @Rabiicali11.

 

Before we proceed, I'd like to confirm if your goal is to deactivate bank feeds for your online banking. If that's the case, we can leave your Account Customer ID blank for a successful login.

 

  1. Navigate to the Lists menu, then Chart of Accounts.
  2. Right-click the affected online-enabled bank account and choose Edit Account.
  3. Go to the Bank Feed Settings tab and leave the Account Customer ID field blank.
  4. Click Save & Close once done.

If you've already performed this, I recommend running the Verify and Rebuild Data tool. This tool will help you check for potential data issues in your company file and re-sort your lists accordingly.

 

  1. Proceed to the Window tab, then Close All.
  2. Click on File and select Utilities.
  3. Choose Verify Data and hit OK.

After verifying, let's proceed with rebuilding your company file data:

 

  1. Go to the File tab, select Utilities, and click Rebuild Data.

  2. QuickBooks will ask you to make a backup before it rebuilds your company file. Select OK.
  3. Select where you want to save your backup, then click OK. You can enter a new name for the new file and select Save.
  4. Click on OK once you get the message Rebuild has completed.

 

On another note, if you're not deactivating your online banking, could you please share what actions you took before encountering the error? This information will help me understand the issue better and provide you with more targeted solutions.

 

Additionally, I recommend regularly adding and categorizing your transactions to keep your accounts up-to-date and reconciling your accounts to ensure the accuracy of your financial records.
