You can export and convert your QuickBooks Online data to QuickBooks Desktop to move your data, @susanrothaicp.

Before you do the conversion, consider checking if the computer where you're downloading QuickBooks meets the minimum system requirements. This way, we can avoid program compatibility issues. Learn more about what data does and doesn't export from QuickBooks Online.

There are six steps to successfully finish the conversion. To start, let’s set-up security settings in Internet Explorer:

1. On your computer, run the Internet Explorer and Quickbooks Desktop as the Administrator.
2. Let's disable the Protected Mode on your Internet options (Alt+X).
3. Once done, add https://*.intuit.com, https://*.qbo.intuit.com and https://*.quickbooks.intuit.com to your browser's Trusted Sites Zone.
4. Select Apply, then Okay. Leave Internet Explorer open.
