Hello! I was hoping to ask a follow up question. The response to my original question worked great when the bank transaction was net positive. However, today I have two refunds grouped together in a shopify payout. I tried to follow the same process, but QB will not let me create a bank deposit that is negative.

Could you please advise the steps when it's solely for two refunds combined? I did create a refund receipt for each one and put them into undeposited funds.
