Thank you for going through the my colleagues' suggestion from the previous steps. It's still best to reach out Customer Support about this. They are capable of investigating this further and give you the best resolution to your issues in paying vendor bills electronically. 

Here's how to contact support:

1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop.
2. Select Help, then choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
3. Hit Contact Us.
4. Enter a brief description of your issue, then click on Let's talk and then select a way to connect.

Please note of their support hours to make sure they're available to assist.
