It's great to see a new face here in the Community. Let me share some information about tags in QuickBooks Online.
The best way to have tags on these particular transactions are by manually adding them. Here's how to get to the tags feature and add new ones:
- Go to the Gear (Settings) icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Under the "Lists" column, pick Tags.
- Select the New green button and choose Tag or tag group.
