Buy nowI had the same problem and was told time and time again that it was impossible. Today I FINALLY spoke to a live agent who was able to walk me through how to do this! Basically you need to upload a Excel csv file (doesn't even need to be a "real file") and then that will move the chart of account you link it to to the Banking tab.
Hopefully this makes sense:
Go to Banking > Choose "Upload from File" from the Link Account drop down menu > Under Manually Upload your Transactions select "Drag and Drop file" > Select the file I attached in this chat called 'Book1.csv' (it's basically a temporarily spreadsheet as a holding place) > Continue > Select which chart of account you want to show up on the Banking tab > Fill out the the drop down menus as: Yes, Two Columns, dd/MM/yyyy, Column 1 Date, Column 2 Description, Column 3 Deposit, Column 4 Withdrawal > Continue > Select all transitions to import > Continue > And voila! Your Chart of Account will now show up on your Banking screen :) Now just click on the transactions you imported and exclude them.
It's hard to explain on here but I hope this helps someone out, feel free to email me at [email address removed] if you have questions.
