I am having trouble importing .qbo files from a single credit card account (Elan Financial Services) into QB Desktop for Mac 2019 (and 2020) It wants to import the files into my Discover credit card account. Been struggling with this for over a year and support has not been able to help. I've done the following with no success (sent to me by QB Support)
