Buy nowThank you for providing that information. I disconnected everything and started all over, but it didn't work. It still only gives me the option to connect the credit cards. Checking account with AMEX is NOT an option when connecting with your steps.
Also... when I do this... Go to the American Express website. Tap the Account Services tab. Choose Security & Privacy. Hit Manage Partner Permissions and then Intuit to expand the section. Click Disconnect to stop the connection... there isn't ANYTHING listed. But, my cards are most definitely connected to QBO and synced for well over a year now.
Any other suggestions?
