You only need to reconcile the parent/primary account, arwells57.

Simply reconcile the primary account since all transactions in the other accounts (subaccounts) are rolled up into it if you have a credit card account with multiple cards associated to it.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear or Settings icon, then select Reconcile.
  2. If you're reconciling for the first time, select Get started to continue.
  3. From the Account ▼ dropdown, select the credit card main account you want to reconcile. Make sure it's the same one on your statement.
  4. Review the Beginning balance. Ensure the beginning balance in QuickBooks matches the one on your statement.
  5. Enter the Ending balance and Ending date on your statement.
  6. If you see it, review the Last statement ending date. This is the end date of your last reconciliation. Your current bank statement should start the day after.
  7. Once you're ready, hit Start reconciling.
