The issue is that QBO is directing to the incorrect URL for Lowe's Commercial accounts. This happened at the same time that Lowe's Credit Center migrated to a new website and decommissioned their old system.
QBO needs to update the URL that the account connection wizard directs to. Currently, QBO links to the consumer login URL. It should be directing to: https://lowes.syf.com/commercial/
Until this is fixed on the QBO side, this issue will persist and we will not have access to automatic transaction downloads.
The troubleshooting steps of trying to connect the account from an incognito browser or a different browser, clearing the browser's cache, or disconnecting and reconnecting the Lowe's account are not relevant. This is an issue on the QBO side, not the client.
If you are having this issue, there is nothing you can do to fix it. But you can help by posting that you are having this issue here. That will help the issue be escalated until it is eventually given attention by those on the QBO side who can fix it.
