In the meantime, let's try updating your bank in QuickBooks. Here's how:

1. Click Banking from the navigation panel.
2. On the Banking page, select the account you're updating.
3. Hit the Update button.

If you're still getting the same problem, try resending the bank integration request. Follow these steps:

1. Hit the Banking menu.
2. Click the Add account button.
3. Key in your bank name on the Search box.
4. Click Show more.
5. Select Still can't find your bank.
6. Add your financial institution on the name field.
7. Add the new website.
8. Click Request.

If you still can't connect with your bank using the URL, try using a private or incognito browser. Here's how:

Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N  
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
