This isn't the kind of service we want you to experience with pending transactions in QuickBooks Checking.


Our product team is currently looking into the issue. Rest assured that they're doing their best to fix it as soon as possible.

 

With this, it would be best to contact our Merchant Services support again to isolate this matter. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with our representative.
