Buy nowSolved! Or got lucky! I kept getting the same errors as everyone else. I was finally able to deactivate all online services! I changed the Account Customer ID to be blank. When I hit the save and close button, I received the same pop errors I always got. However, with the Account Customer ID now blank, I was able to then select the Deactivate All Online Services button. Before when I tried to hit this button, I would get the same two errors. The key is to make the Account Customer ID blank and hit save. After the error pop ups, you should be able to hit the deactivate button. I was able to do this for two different Accounts.
