@Archie_B Importing IIF files is as important to a QuickBooks user as food and water to any human being.  Having said that, I was perfectly happy using QuickBooks Desktop; upgrading it every three years, until you guys first forced me to upgrade every year at a whopping $500+ year; then forcing me to switch to QB Online.  Now, you are telling me IIF does not work.

It has been my observation that since Mr. Goodarzi took the helm, this nickel and dime mentality started at Intuit.  Why don't you print my reply and take it to him and ask him to respond, please!
