Since your transactions are still pending for more than 15 days now, I recommend contacting our Customer Care team. You can request a screen-sharing session. This way, they can check your balance and the cause of the pending transactions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then hit Let's Talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
