Now what I have been told is that they will not be supporting SOC codes in QB Desktop, only online and assisted payroll. When I asked to submit feedback, because that is definitely not ok, I was told that it doesn't matter because it is a limitation of the product so it won't be fixed.

Do you agree whith that? Will QB desktop payroll not support your washington state clients with this to help us remain compliant?
