Before that, make sure there are no open transactions associated with your old or completed projects. If they still have balance or entries involved, you need to move them to another project, sub-customer, or customer first. Then, you can follow the outlined steps below to delete them:
Please know that entries linked with these projects will remain to keep your books intact. Furthermore, they can still be retrieved in case you need adjustments. Just tap the Small gear icon at the right side of the screen and select Show deleted projects, then choose Undelete and mark as in progress/completed or canceled.
You can also go to your Activity feed (Project menu) in QuickBooks Time or TSheets to delete your completed client’s project. However, it can’t be recovered at this time. Here’s how you do it:
Click Delete or select In Progress first, then Delete.
