Thanks for getting back to the thread, @Bill06084.

Upon checking, I've found that the related investigations with regard to Payroll overview issues have already been resolved. If you're still experiencing the same results, I'd suggest running some troubleshooting steps. It's possible that too much cache accumulated in your browser might caused this behavior.

To start with, access your account using a private or incognito browser. This will help us check if the problem is related to a cache issue and fix it.  Press the following shortcut keys to access this mode:

  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Edge: Shift + CTRL + N .
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N suggest

If you're still getting the same results, I'd suggest getting back to our Payroll Support Team. This way, they can review your account again and provide you with updates about the tickets they've created.

On top of that, learn how you can get your business useful information every now and then. Check out some of our payroll reports that you can view and customize so you'll be able to get the data that you desire and need for your business: Run Payroll Reports.

Always get back to us if you need further assistance when running payroll. We're here to help and ensure that everything is okay. Have a great day ahead!
