I was curious if you could update the post if you found the printer suggestions helpful and did they work.  I also would like to just apologize to you and the others here who have had to call in multiple times and be told a variety of information that may not resolve your issue.  I also have my own accounting and tax practice so I feel I can straddle the fence in that I love my job and I love Intuit , I also empathize 100% with my customers because I know their struggles and frustrations when issues arise.  Oh,  QuickBooks and Networking and  Multi-User applications work great together we have been doing it since we could which was many years ago.
