I wish you didn't have to go through these hurdles, @SMJones1. Allow me to address your concern about the Social Security Number (SSN) cutting off the last two digits of the quarterly payroll forms in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) when printing.

I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As per checking, there's an ongoing investigation regarding this issue. Please be assured that our engineers are diligently implementing measures to resolve this matter at the earliest time possible.

We understand you've already reached out to our customer service team. However, we recommend contacting them again so they can add you to the list of impacted users. This way, you'll receive email updates about the progress of the investigation. To do that:

  1. Go to the Help menu and click QuickBooks Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Provide a brief description of your concern, and click Continue.
  4. Log in to your Intuit account, select Continue, then Continue with my account.
  5. Enter the single-use code you received in your email and hit Continue.
  6. Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you.

Additionally, viewing your payroll totals in QBDT is a breeze when you generate reports. They contain the necessary information for filing payroll taxes with the government, such as employee wages and contributions.

Let me know if you have other questions in mind concerning payroll forms. The Community is always available 24/7 to rescue you. Take care.
