I'm here to provide you with the steps to correct your employee's W2, bountiful.
 
If your automated taxes and forms are ON, you’ll need to contact us to request a correction. Here's how:
 
  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.
  5. You can either Start a chat with a support expert or Get a callback from the next available expert.

 

If the option is disabled and you detect the error before submitting W-2s, there's no need to create or file a W-2C form. Instead, you can follow these steps:
 
  1. Fix the issue with your product.
  2. File your W-2 forms as you normally would.
